Chayotes stuffed with quinoa gratin


1 cup Goyatricolor Quinoa
1 1/2 cups water
to taste salt
1 cup leg ham, chopped into small cubes
1/2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cups cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cups mozzarella cheese
2 chayotes, cooked
to taste salt
to taste of pepper



In a pot with the water cook the Goya ® tricolor quinoa with salt and covered for 20 minutes. Reservation.

Cut the chayotes in half and with the help of a spoon remove the filling, then cut it into small cubes and reserve.

In a bowl mix the quinoa tricolor Goya® with the ham, corn, cream, mayonnaise, the filling of the chayote cut into cubes, salt and pepper.

Fill the chayotes with the Goya ® tricolor quinoa mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Serve on a spread dish and decorate with finely chopped cilantro, accompany with your favorite drink.
