Fusilli with shrimp and pesto sauce in a pot


1 1/2 cups fusilli pasta
4 cups earring
1 teaspoon ground salt
1 cup shrimp, peeled and clean
100 grams of pine nuts
150 grams of asparagus
1 bunch of basil
150 grams of Parmesan cheese
100 milliliters of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt.



Boil the water in a pot and add salt to the grain. Add the fusilli pasta and cook for 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the water and add a little cold water to stop the cooking of the pasta and do not get watery.

Put the pine nuts, parmesan cheese, basil in the blender. Blend until all is mixed and without ceasing to blend add the olive oil.

Clean and cut the asparagus into small pieces and cook in boiling water with a little salt, add the shrimp and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.

Mix pasta with shrimp, asparagus and pesto sauce. Serve and enjoy.
