2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chilli
1/2 cups purple onion, finely chopped, for the chilli
500 grams of ground beef for chilli
1/2 cups green pepper, chopped into small cubes, for the chilli
2 tablespoons paprika, for the chilli
2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the chilli
1 tablespoon cumin, for the chilli
1 tablespoon oregano, for the chilli
1 1/2 cups tomato puree, for the chilli
to taste salt, for chilli
to the taste of pepper, for the chilli
4 cups totopo
enough chives, finely chopped, to decorate
enough cream, to decorate
2 jalapeños, pickles, to decorate
1/2 cups tomato, chopped into medium cubes, to decorate
1 bottle of Herdez®guacamole sauce.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil, when it is hot add the onion and let it sauté, add the ground meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add the green pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, tomato puree, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a bowl place the totopos, then add the chili. Decorate with the tomato in squares, the chives, the cream and at the end the Herdez®guacamole sauce. Accompany with cheese sauce.
