Nutella crepes with banana and walnut


1 cup flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoons salt

4 eggs

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups cow’s milk

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 cups Walnut, chopped

1/2 cups hazelnut Nutella cream

1 cup raspberry

fresh mints, to taste



Blend flour with sugar, salt, eggs, milk and melted butter until smooth.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease with a little butter.

Pour a little of the mixture into the pan and spread evenly, leave to cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Spread the crepe and spread with nutella, fill with banana slices and chopped walnut.

Fold the crepe and decorate with raspberries.
