Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
For the dough, mix the yeast with the milk and leave for 10 minutes to moisturize.
In a bowl of the blender put the flour, sugar, egg, salt, milk with yeast and begin to beat until homogeneous.
Add the butter and continue kneading with the mixer until integrated. Place the dough in a previously oiled salad bowl and let it ferment for an hour, or until it doubles in volume.
Cut Gala Washington apples into small cubes on a board.
For the filling, Pour the butter into a saucepan and cook the gala
Washington apples with the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, rum and sugar for 15 minutes, or until the apples are tender. Let them cool.
On a floured surface, lower the dough using a rolling pin, add the filling, nuts and roll them, with the help of a knife, cut the rolls 2 cm thick. Place in an oven tray and leave to ferment for another 20 minutes.
Varnish the rolls with the egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Place the roles in a gift box and enjoy.
