1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cups natural Greek Yoplait® yogurt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cups chocolate chips, unsweetened, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1 banana, sliced, to decorate
1 cup natural Greek Yoplait® yogurt , to decorate
1/2 cups blue Mulberry, to decorate
1/2 cups raspberry, to decorate
to taste maple honey
Blend the banana with the eggs, oats, yogurt, baking powder and cinnamon for 5 minutes or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, cover with plastic and stand for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan melt the butter over medium low heat, then place half a cup of the mixture and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes and turn over. Cook for another 3 minutes and reserve. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
Serve the hotcakes on a plate and garnish with a spoonful of Yoplait® Natural Greek yogurt bananas, blackberries and raspberries. Accompany with maple honey and a rich juice.
